RCPS Staff IT Helpdesk

Please describe the problem in detail with your RCPS computer or technology equipment.  Your problem will be assigned to one of our three technology staff members based on the level of difficulty. This ticket will automatically be sent to all three tech members. 

The RCPS technology team is in charge of supporting approximately 500 computers, 8 servers, and three networks.  If you have not heard from one of the three team members about your problem within a week feel free to use this form again.
